    Our Mission

    HerHabits was born from a simple observation: most productivity systems and health trackers are designed for a 24-hour cycle. But for those of us with menstrual cycles, our energy, mood, and physical needs change significantly over a 28-day (or so) timeframe.

    Our mission is to provide a tool that respects these natural ebbs and flows. We believe that true productivity and wellness come from working with your body, not against it.


    The HerHabits Framework

    Instead of pushing yourself to be at 100% every single day, HerHabits helps you adjust your expectations and habits based on your current cycle phase:

    • Ovulatory Phase: Capitalize on peak energy and communication skills.
    • Luteal Phase: Transition to completion, organization, and more focused, inward work.

    We take your privacy seriously. Your cycle and habit data are sensitive, which is why HerHabits is designed with a privacy-first architecture. Most of your data stays exclusively on your device.
