    § 1 Introduction

    This Privacy Policy explains how CosmicFlow Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information relating to your use of the HerHabits mobile application (the “App”).

    We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes what information may be stored, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

    This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the App, including those accessing it on iOS and Android platforms.

    § 2 Data We Do Not Collect

    HerHabits does not collect, transmit, or store any health information or habit tracking data on our servers.

    • We do not require registration, login, or an account to use the App.
    • We do not collect or store names, emails, phone numbers, location, health data, or identifiers related to your lifestyle.
    • To manage premium access and purchases, we use a third-party service called RevenueCat (see § 7).
    • The Company does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers for tracking your behavior.

    § 3 Local Data Storage

    The App stores information that you enter (such as menstrual cycle dates and habits) locally on your device. This local storage is performed only on your device and is not transmitted or shared externally.

    Your data may be included in device backups (for example, device backups you initiate via your own iCloud or computer backup). Such backups are controlled by you and are not accessed by us.

    When you delete the App from your device, any locally stored data associated with that App will also be deleted, unless preserved by your device backup process.

    § 4 How Your Information Is Used (Locally)

    Information stored locally on your device is used only to:

    • Provide the App’s functionality (cycle and habit tracking).
    • Allow you to view and manage your own data within the App.

    We do not use local data for any other purposes, such as advertising, profiling, or research.

    § 5 Children’s Privacy

    The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, do not use the App. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and since the App does not collect personal data, there is no personal information that could be collected from minors.

    § 6 Data Security

    Because the App does not transmit or store health or personal information on servers, risks associated with external data transmission are minimized.

    However, you should take steps to secure your device locally, such as using a device passcode or biometrics.

    § 7 Third-Party Services

    To provide and manage "HerHabits Pro" features and validate purchases, the App uses RevenueCat.

    RevenueCat receives an anonymous App User ID and purchase history information. This data is used solely to provide access to premium features and does not include any health or habit data.

    § 8 Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
