    § 1 Introduction

    This Privacy Policy explains how CosmicFlow Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles information relating to your use of:

    • The HerHabits mobile application (the "App"), and
    • The HerHabits website at herhabits.app and associated pages (the "Website").

    We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes what information may be stored or collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

    § 2 The Mobile App — Data We Do Not Collect

    HerHabits (the mobile app) does not collect, transmit, or store any health information or habit tracking data on our servers.

    • We do not require registration, login, or an account to use the App.
    • We do not collect or store names, emails, phone numbers, location, health data, or identifiers related to your lifestyle.
    • We do not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers within the mobile app.
    • To manage premium access, we use RevenueCat (see § 6).

    § 3 Local Data Storage (App)

    The App stores information you enter (such as menstrual cycle dates and habit data) locally on your device. This is not transmitted or shared externally.

    Because all data is stored on your device, deleting the App will result in the permanent loss of all tracked data unless you have created a backup. We provide a backup/export functionality that you must use if you wish to transfer your data to a new device or preserve it before app deletion.

    Your data may also be included in device backups (e.g., iCloud or computer backups) that you initiate and control.

    § 4 The Website — Analytics and Tracking

    The HerHabits website uses Mixpanel, a product analytics service, to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us improve the website experience.

    Mixpanel may collect the following types of information when you visit our website:

    • Pages visited and navigation patterns
    • Button clicks and interactions (e.g., tapping "Download")
    • Referrer URL and approximate geographic region (country/city level)
    • Browser type, operating system, and device type
    • Session duration and frequency of visits

    Mixpanel data is stored using browser localStorage on your device to maintain consistent analytics across sessions. No health data, habit data, or personally identifiable information from the mobile app is collected through the website.

    § 5 How Your Information Is Used

    App data stored locally on your device is used only to provide the App's functionality (cycle and habit tracking) and is never used for advertising or profiling.

    Website analytics collected via Mixpanel are used solely to understand how visitors use the website and to improve the user experience. This data is not sold to third parties.

    § 6 Third-Party Services

    • RevenueCat — used to manage "HerHabits Pro" in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous App User ID and purchase history. No health or habit data is shared. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
    • Mixpanel — used for website analytics only (not the mobile app). See mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

    § 7 Children's Privacy

    The App and Website are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

    § 8 Data Security

    Because the App does not transmit health or personal information to our servers, risks associated with external data transmission are minimized. You should take steps to secure your device locally (e.g., using a passcode or biometrics). Website analytics data is held by Mixpanel under their security practices.

    § 9 Your Privacy Rights (California Residents — CCPA)

    If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information.     § 10 Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the App or Website after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
