    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you” or “your”) and CosmicFlow Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”), governing your access to and use of the HerHabits mobile application (the “App”).

    1. Eligibility

    1.1 The App is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age.

    1.2 If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to access or use the App.

    2. Description of Services

    2.1 The App provides users with tools to track menstrual cycles and associated habits for personal wellness purposes.

    2.2 The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

    3. License and Restrictions

    3.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices.

    4. Purchases and Payment

    4.1 The App offers premium features through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    4.2 All payments are processed by the respective platform (Apple or Google) and facilitated via RevenueCat, which we use to manage in-app purchases and provide access to features.

    4.3 You agree that all billing and refund issues will be handled in accordance with the platform’s terms and policies.

    5. Data Storage and Privacy

    5.1 Except for anonymous purchase metadata used by RevenueCat to validate your access, the Company does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or health data outside of the device.

    5.2 All data generated within the App relating to your health and habits is stored locally on your mobile device.

    5.3 Use of the App is also governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

    6. User Conduct

    6.1 You agree that your use of the App will be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    7. Intellectual Property

    7.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the App are owned by the Company or its licensors.

    8. Medical and Wellness Disclaimer

    8.1 The App provides information for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

    8.2 Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding your health.

    9. Warranty Disclaimer

    9.1 The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    10.1 CosmicFlow Labs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

    11. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

    12. Governing Law

    12.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

    13. Modifications to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

    14. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the App.
